Bunyamin was an excellent storyteller and host! We had so much fun learning the history of Turkish coffee and fortune telling. The coffee itself was delicious. We would absolutely recommend the experience to anyone looking for something to do in Istanbul.

This was a fun experience! I learned a lot about the history of coffee in Turkey and had a really nice time. I also met another solo traveler on this tour. It’s a great way to meet people and enjoy a unique aspect of Istanbul!

The coffee workshop was exceptional! Bunyamin personally met us at the meeting point and guided us to the workshop for the experience. He gave us a detailed history of coffee in Turkey and the different ways that coffee can be prepared. After enjoying our coffee Bunyamin shared anecdotes about his family experience with coffee and fortune telling before teaching us how to read each others fortunes in the coffee grounds in a fun way. At the end of the experience he also left us with sets to make Turkish coffee at home! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this to anyone looking for an experience in Istanbul!

What an experience!! Benjamin our guide was fantastic picking us up from the other side of Istanbul and taking us to the workshop. The workshop was fun, & educational in a relaxed atmosphere. My partner who is not a coffee drinker and was reluctant to come had the best time as well. Amazing service, gifts to take home & cats to cuddle. Could not recommend this activity enough.

In under 2 hours I learned about Turkish coffee history, how to make it, was introduced to the beautiful and chill Asian side of town, had an enthusiastic instructor, meet cool people, and feel in love with an adorable Cafe kitten.

The class was fun and informative, plenty of time to relax and enjoy the company and talk with the instructor- I would highly recommend!

Absolument génial ! Le cadre (café) est très sympathique. L’atelier est également très intéressant, tout est bien expliqué et raconté. L’ambiance est conviviale et la dégustation excellente, je recommande fortement cet atelier !

I recently had the pleasure of attending a captivating Coffee Making Workshop. From start to finish, it was an enchanting journey into the world of coffee that I won't soon forget.The workshop was expertly curated, offering a perfect blend of theory and hands-on practice. The instructor's step-by-step demonstrations and explanations helped us grasp the nuances of each method, turning what could have been overwhelming into an exciting exploration.

Truly a unique experience! Bunyamin was an excellent host!! It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the European side of Istanbul, and the coffee we made was really good.

Hands down best personable experience to have here in Turkey. Bunyamin left us feeling like we know more about Turkey, it's history, culture, and more.. way beyond just learning about how to make it's famous Turkish coffee. He was so delightful in his storytelling, and everything was so easy to follow along. He also left us with special instructions and materials to bring home to practice the art of Turkish coffee making at home! Can't wait to make this for my friends back home. Everything was very thoughtfully curated, going beyond what I expected. Yes, we did get to learn about the history of Turkish coffee, learn how to make Turkish coffee, and how to do fortune telling over the coffee remains as expected. But I was very impressed with how it was conducted. Bunyamin was ready to tell us the history of coffee with good paintings / photographs, he had all the tools carefully setup, gifted us something that will help us remember how to make Turkish coffee later, and gave us great coaching on how to do fortune telling ourselves. Here is someone who really cares about the experience of the workshop participant, has prepared very well to make it good, then executes it very well! I enjoyed the way he conducted the workshop that I was ready to sign up for more workshops he was offering, because I developed trust that he knows how to put up a good workshop!

It's an experience that's worth your money. I would recommend this to coffee lovers or someone who wants to immerse themselves even more in Turkish culture. I learned a lot from Bunyamin’s presentation and fortune reading too.
