Amazing experience!

Bünyamin is passionate about Turkish coffee and his family’s experience around it. He presented the information in a personalized and organized way that made it fun! The hands on making of the coffee and fortune telling were excellent. Then you leave with a set to brew your own at homeless! What could be better! I highly recommend this experience for anyone. You won’t regret it.

It’s a fun experience, benjamin is a really nice storyteller and knows a lot about turkish coffee culture. It was equal parts informative and casual. We loved the experience!

You must experience this workshop. Bunyamin explains the art of making turkish coffee really well. The studio and the cafe are very tastefully designed as well.

Our host was really kind and took the time to give us a detailed history on how Turkish coffee came to be. Really enjoyed it and made new friends!

It was an amazing experience.

Very nice experience - Bunyamin shared many interesting facts about the history of coffee in Turkey, but also his personal coffee related memories. We learned how to make a coffee and also got a chance to taste some different specialty coffees at the place. We also got very nice gifts at the end!

我是獨自參與這課程，由地鐵站到課程地點，不算太遠，沿途亦有不同店舖可逛或休息。咖啡店裝潢時尚，亦有自成一角的空間舉辦課程，感覺舒適。導師授課非常有趣幽默，沒有悶場，即使我單獨參加，亦覺得氣氛很好。知識層面上亦達到我的期望，是一個愉快的體驗。而課程最後，會派發一套工具沖煮土耳其咖啡及一張證書😂我回家後，也有用這套工具沖煮土耳其咖啡👍🏾

Amazing storytelling! You think you know a lot about coffee until you hear Bunyamin teach you the amusing history of coffee. He’s been a school teacher as well and it shows. He communicates in a clear, informative, and fun way!

This was a really unique experience! I went into it not really knowing what to expect, but the whole experience was very intimate and personalized. Bunyamin was super personable and knowledgeable about Turkish coffee making and the fortune telling part was a nice touch too. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do!

I recently had the pleasure of attending Bunyamin's Turkish Coffee Making & Fortune Telling Workshop through Airbnb, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. He welcomed us with warm hospitality and made us feel right at home. He had a deep knowledge of Turkish coffee and its cultural significance, and he was eager to share his expertise with us. He started the workshop by explaining the history and tradition behind Turkish coffee.The workshop itself was well-structured and engaging. Bunyamin demonstrated the traditional process of preparing Turkish coffee, from grinding the beans to brewing the perfect cup. He explained the importance of the specific techniques involved, such as using a cezve (a small pot) and achieving the desired foam on top. We all had the opportunity to practice these techniques under his guidance, which made the experience even more immersive.The highlight of the workshop was undoubtedly the fortune telling aspect. After enjoying our freshly brewed Turkish coffees, Bunyamin showed us how to interpret the patterns left behind in the cup. His explanations were detailed and insightful. Quest’esperienza è una delle migliori che si possono fare in Turchia. È stato bellissimo poter conoscere la cultura turca legata al caffè e quella delle persone del gruppo. Lo considero un momento di arricchimento personale molto importante. Bunyamin è un host fantastico: preciso, puntuale, gentile, sempre attento e molto simpatico. Ci ha raccontato qualche aneddoto personale molto bello. Il luogo dell’esperienza è molto carino e tranquillo, ottimo per poter poi fare un giro nella parte asiatica di Istanbul. Il caffè era delizioso e l’esperienza unica. Inoltre alla fine Bunyamin ci ha regalato un set per preparare il caffè a casa, veramente un’idea carinissima. Lo consiglio a tutti, sia per l’esperienza in sè sia per Bunyamin che la rende ancora più speciale!

I’m so happy we did this, it was such a nice authentic experience and Bunyamin did such a great job in telling us the story of coffee culture in Turkey. He has some funny anecdotes which we loved. I definitely recommend doing this In Turkey, it was a highlight of our trip for sure.

Fun experience

Learning about turkey’s history with coffee as well as the process was a wonderful experience with friends. Benjy was an excellent guide and wonderful teacher

My friends and I had a great time at the coffee workshop. The host is really fun and friendly and we learned a lot. The location is also in a more local area and it was so nice to walk around there afterwards to get away from the the more crowded and busy areas. I highly recommend this experience!

Bunyamin is a great storyteller, and it's a special experience. I learnt more about coffee in that hour, than most of the previous similar tours I've been on. He's also a great English speaker (like a native) and makes it easy and comfortable for groups to mingle and get to know each other. One of the more unique opportunities in Istanbul - worth worth a visit.

Had a great time and was able to walk for the first time in Asia!
