Bunyamin is a great person and leads a wonderful workshop. Don't think twice about this!Me and my friend enjoyed the Turkish coffee making workshop and found out more about the history of it. Bunyamin is a great story teller, he is funny and entertaining. He came to pick us up from the European side (his workshop is located on the Asian side). We were together with 8 other people and had a nice time there.We would have paid more to get an experienced person to do the fortune telling for us, instead we had to do this ourselves with some guidance from Bunyamin.Really liked the workshop and totally recommend visiting it! Tasted different kind of coffees, learned the recipe of traditional Turkish coffee and fortune telling. The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly.Highly recommend! Fatih and Onur, the workshop instructors, were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Turkish coffee, and they shared so much interesting information about the history and cultural significance of this beverage.The class was well-organized and instructive, Fatih and Onur took the time to walk us through the brewing process step by step. They answered our questions patiently and thoroughly, making the experience both enjoyable and educational.The tasting was undoubtedly the highlight of the workshop! Fatih and Onur's expertise was evident as they guided us through the tasting process, allowing us to enjoy the distinct flavor and aroma of Turkish coffee.I would strongly suggest this Turkish coffee workshop to anyone who enjoys coffee or is interested in learning more about Turkish culture. It was a memorable experience.An excellent experience learning about Türk kahvesi and how to make it! Lots of fun and super hostsA really fun experience. Bunyamin even met us on the European side and helped us navigate the Istanbul public transport system. The location had a great atmosphere and the hosts were very welcoming and told great stories. I will definitely be making Turkish coffee at home and telling my friends’ fortunes when I get back to Sydney.The class was great, coffee delicious, place very cosy and comfortable, Bunyamin is amazing storyteller and surprise in the end is so nice. Started with a history of Turkish coffee, then ground some whole beans using a Turkish grinder, brewed coffee using a portable stove, and enjoyed different varieties. The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
