Ich konnte sehr viel über die Geschichte von der türkischen Kaffee lernen. Der Guide hat uns alles sehr genau und interessant erklärt. Den Kaffee selber zu machen und auch noch auf so viele wichtige Details zu achten, hat besonders Spass gemacht! Ich empfehle den Workshop allen, die sich vom türkischen Kaffee und Kultur inspirieren möchten!
Very efficient and well organised activity our guide was Mustafa . He was prompt and communicated very well . Very insightful and exciting must do activity . Loved it !! Thank you Mustafa
Мастер класс для меня провёл Азиз. Прекрасная идея на мой взгляд. Восхищает современная молодежь, которая придумывает такие интересные проекты. Мы погрузились в историю кофе, что в давние времена изначально его пили султаны. Я узнала происхождние самого популярного бренда - Мехмет Эфенди. Научилась, буду надеяться, что научилась делать кофе по-турецки))) Азиз отлично говорит на русском, приятный собеседник, глубоко владеет материалом. Понравилось и рекомендую!

It was amazing! Ali was not only informative he was also very friendly and funny. We learned the history of Turkish Coffee and how to make it. At the end he gave us all a gift. A must do!!
I enjoyed learning the history of coffee drinking in Turkey and the techniques by which one can craft the perfect cup of Turkish coffee. It was a fun and interesting activity. I recommend it.

Awesome experience. Mustafa is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. It is definitely a nice addition to the typical Istanbul activities like visiting Hagia Sophia, the mosques etc. Totally recommend!

Amazing experience with Mustafa! We met at the Sirkeci meeting point outside the Hafiz Mustafa promptly, before travelling across the Bosphorus to the Asian side at Uskudar which is a fantastic neighbourhood, full of independant, small family run businesses. It seemed like Istanbul's Art District which we were happy to stick around after our experience. Mustafa was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to answer questions throughout, made the experience fun as well as the whole team's hospitality throughout. The only negative (which is a very small one) is that the Glass Mosaic Workshop takes place on the table next to us and there was a particularly loud group where at times I couldn't hear Mustafa's presentation or guidance. Nonetheless I left with a big smile on my face (not just because of the strong coffee!) but learned something new and important with the skill of making a Traditional Turkish Coffee. Thank you Mustafa!
