This was one of our highlights while we were in Istanbul! such great value for money. we had so much fun. would do it again in a heartbeatI enjoyed the history but quite a few of the coffee grinders were faulty, the coffee cups were chipped and the cards used to illustrate were disjointed as they were in the wrong order!!I was tired from the trip and jet-lagged, so I was embarrased that I spilled coffee grounds. I was happy to receive some nice souvenirs. I highly recommend this experience.Very informative workshop and fun to make the Turkish coffee! We got a little goodie bag which was a suprise so we got a mini cup, saucer and jezzbetLovely time... All the workshops with them were amazing ☺️☺️☺️Amazing experience. We learned the history of Turkish coffee and even made out own. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We had a meeting point then the guide lead us to a train that went under the Bosphorus to the Asian side. We took the ferry back which was so enjoyable. Coffee was delicious and the history is really interesting. The workshop is located on the Asian side though, so make sure to plan this ahead. However it's only 10 minutes walk from the ferry port and easy to navigate. Well worth the value and fun! The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
