It was a magnificent experience and the owner is an admirable person that goes out of the way to make sure you have a good experience. This is one of the best tours I ever had, educational and interesting.

Activité très intéressante, le guide Aziz prend bien le temps de nous expliquer l’histoire du café et les coutumes et caractéristiques du café en Turquie. Ensuite vient la fabrique de notre café suivi de la dégustation. Nous repartons avec tout le nécessaire pour le refaire à la maison ! Je recommande il y a aussi d’autres ateliers disponibles.

Mustafa was amazing!! It was one of my favourite parts/tours of Istanbul!

Extremely informative. Mustafa give us historical lesson about coffee making in Turkey. We tried 2 different coffee brewing techniques. And have some time with fortune telling at the end.

What a lovley experience, very informative great teacher. You will learn the culture and history. I highly recommend, the lamp making and perfume making is also held at the same workshop so you could actually get in two activities in the day if planned right. Jade solo traveller

It was great! Ali is such a good teacher for explaining the history and the making of the Turkish coffee. The whole experience is fun engaging and interesting! Highly recommended!

Turkis cofee making

It was a rainy day in Istanbul, so spirits were low, we got off the metro and went through the whining streets and alleyways, arriving at a very cosy and welcoming café. Aziz showed us to a nook, where we learned about the history of coffee. It was charming and fun and everyone should go to this workshop.

I really enjoyed it. very informative on the history of coffee and how it is intwined with Turkish culture. lovely cafe too with a relaxing creative vibe. Mustafa was also very knowledgeable and a great instructor.

Great activity, would recommend

Very interesting and entertaining. The instructor was really good at English, interesting to listen to his history about the culture of coffee. I think two hours workshop was not too muchand the time flew by. At the end got very nice presents with which we can make turkish coffee at home.

Mustafa is a great host we pre booked our workshops and fortunate to go back to another workshop with them, the whole experience was whole some and it was a birthday surprise to my boy friend who love to learn new skills. It is definitely a great way to spend time, learn and explore the host are also friendly and get you to the workshop location. We have build a new friendship and are looking forward to visit Fabrika when we go back to IST

Mustafa was an excellent teacher and very engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about, and making, Turkish coffee. We also had good fun with fortune reading! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone coming to Istanbul- sign up early in your trip and you will enjoy your coffee all the more!
