Een verrassend leuke middag, we wilde eens iets anders proberen dan de standaard activiteiten die je kunt doen. Dit was gezellig, ontspannend en nogmaals verrassend leuk. 2 alles behalve creatieve vriendinnen hebben een prachtige lamp gemaakt die binnenkort in ieder onze woonkamer staan te shinen. De instructeur was leuk en duidelijk, de meisjes super vriendelijk. Even weg uit de drukte, t is naar ons idee echt een aanrader!
I think it was the best activity I have ever done!🤩 I loved it so much! It’s a nice souvenir to bring back home. I highly recommend it! It was interactive and fun. The price is really good, everyone is extremely friendly 🤗🤗

This was lovely event! The highlight of my trip as I got to relax and make a lamp at the same time! The staff were very friendly and helped me understand how to make the lamp. If you are in istanbul, i would recommend this!
Highly recommended! Enjoyable time, unique activity and special souvinier. Excellent instruction & support. Friendly people & comfortable place. Lamp bigger and more detailed than expected. W Bubble rapped for travel. I would suggest exact location or info about meeting place options when you book...or add an extra hour to your start time for day planning. Explore the Asian side after your class - bazaar with soft Turkish delight, fair priced souveniers and fresh fish restaurant, or a contempoary art gallery, Imoga Art Space, in a lovely little neighbourhood with shops & cafes. Disapointed there was no turquoise glass my class. Stay at the coffee house for the BEST Turkish coffee & delicious tiramisu.

This activity was the highlight of my trip. The activity was so much fun. The guide was in touch with us often and was quite understanding and accommodating of the fact that we were stuck in traffic. My only problem was that it didn't dawn on me that the lamps plug was European, naturally. I just needed to buy an adapter once I got home. That was not their fault, I just didn't think about it in advance. No problem though. The lamp works beautifully with the adapter I purchased. I would highly recommend the workshop.

It was fun, we enjoyed it and at the end you get a nice handmade souvenir from Istanbul.
Class instructor was great, easy to follow directions. It was a lot of fun and ended up with some fantastic lamps!

Der Kurs für das Basteln der Mosaiklampe war sehr schön. Wir haben sehr viel lernen dürfen und haben schöne Inspirationen bekommen. Die Atmosphäre war wunderschön. Danke für den Kurs, die Erfahrung und die Gastfreundschaft! Ich hoffe auf ein weiteres Mal, wenn ich wieder in Istanbul bin! 🩷
Wow, what an amazing experience. Really does it worth, the staff was very polite and patient with our group which include teens. The communication was great as the staff speak fluent english. Thank you so much.
The lantern making class was awesome. The instructor really broke the project into manageable tasks, was hands-on with help when we needed it, and kept the class pace moving so we would finish in time. It was a really wonderful experience! I would totally do it again.
Firstly, the communication from the team is very good. They got in touch via WhatsApp with precise details of the meeting point. from there we went to the Asian side via the metro for the activity. The workshop was super fun, therapeutic activity. They explain the history behind it and the step by step process to make and design the lamp. They served us cay (Turkish tea) with cookies. Once the lamp is ready, they need to let it dry for around 40 mins. During this time you can enjoy the cafe. They served complimentary Turkish coffee. I highly recommend to do this activity, but keep in mind the time. it took me total of 4 ish hours Note that you need to return back on your own. I took the ferry back to the European side.
great fun and such an interesting way to spend an afternoon. was also an excuse to explore the Asia side when I had only seen the European side so far. really grateful for the pick up and escort to other side, as wasn't familiar with public transport at all.
Super fun! Not expensive at al for the experience and the lamp you get at the end. So much more fun than just buying a lamp!
It's a really great workshop with tea/cofee/biscuit provided. The instructors are kind and we all enjoy the process a lot. Great value for money as you can take your lamp back home! Highly recommend this

A fantastic experience and a great value for the price! Nihal and the rest of the team were so friendly and accommodating. Nihal made the experience personal and it was lovely to meet the other guests. It was also nice learning about the historical and cultural significance of mosaics. 10/10
The Turkish Mosaic lamp activity was so much fun. The group of us that went really enjoyed making our own “designer” lamps. We were very grateful that they were still able to accommodate us even though we were running late. Bintang is a great instructor. He was very knowledgeable, witty and fun to listen to. Now we will have a piece of memory from our travels.
Bien dans l'ensemble mais trop peu de temps. Le thé servi pendant l'activité et non pas tranquillement pendant que la lampe sèche. les gâteaux réduit et pas bons. ça reste sympa néanmoins.

Wszystko było perfekcyjnie!
The lamp making was very fun and it was easier than I expected. We ended up making really pretty lamps and were able to do so with the guidance of a really nice guide who taught us the basics. Loved the chill surroundings and nice music playing in the back. We also got Turkish tea drink and some cookies to munch on. Overall if you’re in Istanbul I recommend coming and trying out this workshop.
