Experience the 800-year-old Mukabele ceremony at Kasımpaşa Mevlevihanesi. Istanbul's hidden Mevlevi lodge, founded in the 1620s.
Poorly organised. The workshop was divided in two groups, English and Turkish speaking. The host spent considerable more time with one of the groups, while our group ended up just seated waiting for him to come back. The fragrance testing is also really disorganised. Lots of bottles moving around tables, people taking up to 5 or 6 bottles at the same time, etc. I don’t think it’s worth it
Berra was a wonderful and kind host! Our class was very small (only my girlfriend and I) but we felt very at home. She was kind, knowledgeable and fun to chat with! We had a lot of fun painting our tiles and the workshop was relaxing to be in <3
This workshop was an amazing and unique experience for me! As a first-timer, I learned a lot about perfumes and how they’re created. The whole process was fascinating, and the best part was designing my own signature scent. The host was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive she really helped me create a fragrance that felt personal and special. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this experience!
I was picked up from the European side. The workshop took place on the Asian side. Very friendly staff, super welcoming and learned a lot! The coffee was amazing and I even got a present for home. The instructor was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire process fun, engaging, and easy to follow. The whole team was wonderful and genuinely wanted everyone to have a great experience. What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong date, and they happily accommodated the change. Then I had to reschedule again due to a conflict, and they were once again flexible, understanding, and accommodating. That level of care is rare and was greatly appreciated. The experience was unique, memorable, and so much fun. I left with a perfume I created myself and a great memory to take home. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something special while traveling!it was so worth the experience! the staff was super nice and fun and helpful! the fact that we can bring home traditional lamps made by us is so special!
