Experience
Full description
Your culinary journey begins with a refreshing basil sherbet, a fragrant start that awakens the senses and sets the tone for the evening ahead. This is not simply a dinner; it is a celebration of Anatolian heritage, told through seven thoughtfully crafted courses personally introduced by Chef Mehdi Ercan.
The story begins with the comforting simplicity of burnt butter served alongside warm flatbread. A seasonal mushroom tart follows, capturing the earthy essence of Anatolia’s forests in delicate pastry form.
Next comes pumpkin dumplings with goat cheese, a modern reflection of familiar Turkish flavors. The cherry leaf rolls with smoked yogurt bring the freshness of the Aegean countryside to your plate.
The heart of the experience reveals itself in braised beef with cracked wheat porridge, a soulful homage to traditional Anatolian comfort food. The journey then turns sweet with modern baklava, a reimagined take on a cherished classic that surprises and delights.
The evening concludes with Turkish coffee accompanied by homemade chocolate, a timeless ritual that leaves a lingering sense of warmth and satisfaction.
You will leave not only fulfilled but with a deeper appreciation for the creativity and soul of modern Turkish cuisine, and the memory of a truly special Istanbul evening.

The whole experience was amazing. Beyond our expectations they communicated very well and told us the meeting point from there a guide took us on the tram from Europe to Asia side. It’s a quaint little coffee shop and they have other workshop. Fun activities is going on. Such as Making perfume and or bracelets. We attended the Turkish coffee making workshop with fortunetelling. It was very well organized, and Farouk was well prepared and educated us from the very beginning about coffee how it was imported into turkey how it turned into a delicacy and quite the presentation during an important events. We had fun, grinding the coffee and making it . it was delicious. The price was well worth it and at the end they give you a set to take with you, which was such a great keepsake so that we can try it at home on our own. It was such a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this activity for anybody visiting Istanbul.

The Team were very engaging with the group, not only helping with the activities but also by getting us to interact with each other and helping to breakdown natural barriers between people who don't know each other. The snacks and drink were in good supply throughout and the atmosphere was great, very friendly. Best part is we are able to take our memories home with us,you keep what you create.
