About this meetup
Different coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing recipes will be explored under one roof, alongside chocolates made with different cocoa origins, cocoa percentages, and bean-to-bar production techniques.
Throughout the festival, high-quality coffees and bean-to-bar chocolates from diverse regions will come together under one roof. Visitors will witness the journey of coffee and cocoa from bean to bean, discovering different origins, production approaches, and taste profiles.
While different coffee origins and roasting profiles will be explored at cupping tables, the unique characteristics of different cocoa regions will be highlighted in chocolate tastings. Coffee x chocolate pairings will offer a special tasting experience demonstrating how the aromas of two different worlds complement each other.
