How to reschedule

To reschedule, send a short note via our contact page with your booking reference and the new date you want. We check the calendar and confirm by reply within one work day. The original booking is held until we confirm the move so you do not lose the seat.

A last-minute change request, inside 48 hours, is the harder case. We do not promise a free move because the studio setup is already prepared. We try if another seat opens up the same week. If not, the booking stays on the original date, and the cancellation policy then applies if you cannot make it.

Group bookings and reschedules

A group booking reschedule keeps all seats on the same date for the new slot. If only some guests are moving, we treat it as a partial change: a few seats move, the rest hold. Send the head count and the new date in the same message and we plan from there.

After we confirm the new date

Once we confirm the new date, the original booking falls off the calendar and the new seat is held. Your booking reference stays the same.
