Very uniquely experience on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. We met at a nice little cafe and went through a detailed history lesson about Turkish coffee, its origins and the cultural significance etc. I got to make my own Turkish Coffee and read patterns of the grounds as locals would do. Benyamin was very friendly and professional throughout. I would highly recommend it to those who are interested in learning more about Turkish coffee.

Unique experience in Istanbul! It was really fun and interesting to learn about the history of Turkish coffee and how to make it. Hosts were amazing and made the history lesson engaging and it was good to hear about the Turkish traditions. Definitely recommend if you are in Istanbul

This is a great experience for anyone to who wants to learn the authentic way of brewing Turkish coffee along with learning a bit about the history/culture. The host was very attentive and he made the entire experience even better by sharing some of his own grand mother's trick on brewing as well.

we had a great time learning about Turkish coffee, its history and traditions. we learned how to make it and how to tell fortunes after the coffee is finished. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend the experience to all who want to learn more about Turkish coffee

We attended this workshop with my mother and were extremely pleased. Firstly, a very good organization, taking into account which side of Istanbul tourists have accommodation on. Secondly, an incredible location where a workshop was held with an amazing atmosphere that allows you to feel and enjoy what is happening. Well, the most important thing is the narration and the conduct of the workshop. The team tells very interesting things about Turkish coffee, history and divination. The atmosphere is so friendly that during the process all the present participants become something more than just strangers gathered for a workshop. We definitely recommend this experience for everybody who wants to get acquainted with the Turkish culture a bit more

Definitely worth it, especially if you have never tried coffee fortunetelling. It happens in a very artsy place, with a great host.

Bunyamin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Er erklärte alles genau, beantwortete all unsere Fragen und zeigte uns eine interessante Präsentation über den türkischen Kaffee. Das Herstellen des eigenen Kaffees war sehr spannend.

I highly recommend this experience! It's a fun way to learn more about turkish culture and have a great coffee-aftertaste :) Bunyamin is an amazing host, he gave us some useful tipps in Istanbul and made our time even more magical. Beside learning a new skill, the whole experience was just authentic and real. It also enlightened us on the history of Turkish coffee making. The coffee shop and it’s location on the Asian side of Istanbul was quite special. Bunyamin was kind and intuitive and just a very dear person. I highly recommend this experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our host Fatih was really thoughtful and accommodating, the storytelling was great, the gift in the end of the coffee making is a nice touch, and he helped us a lot with few touristy questions and we are more than grateful he went beyond his way to help us to get back, explaining how to use public transport. 10/10 hospitality!

I definitely recommend this experience if you are in Istanbul!!! From the beginning Bunyamin was extremely helpful, his storytelling of the history of Turkish coffee culture and history. He will teach you how to make your own traditional Turkish coffee followed by tasting and a little fortune telling for fun. The gift at the end of the experience was a nice surprise! 100% recommend

I really enjoyed this experience! It was more than I expected. I learned how to make Turkish coffee, it's history and a little about coffee reading. At the end, I also got recommendations from on places to visit in Üsküdar. I definitely recommend it. Loved the goodie bag at the end!
