The workshop has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. The instructor was approachable and kind, and we had a lovely conversation over coffee. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place to everyone.Worth it. I love it!Very enjoyable and educational experience. My guide Tanner was welcoming, interesting, and eager to share his passion for coffee.Kübra did an amazing job here! she has such a profound knowledge on turkish history and you can tell she loves to educate her audience about it! she was very patient and gave us clear instuctions on how to brew our coffees the traditional way. At the end, each participant received a hand-painted tea set and a cezve 🤍Better information about where everything will happen. ガイドの方に親切に教えて頂きました。 2名と少人数でのワークショップでした。 コーヒーの歴史やら特徴なども教えて頂きました。Great experience! Kubra was a fantastic guide. The pickup location was easy and convenient, and we learnt a lot about Turkish coffee. Highly recommend this workshop!I like it，really interesting experience！！what i lovely experience! joyful, informative, relaxing. Cool space, great location to explore the surroundings afterwards. We thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and would highly recommend it!!Расстроило, что место встречи указано одно, а после покупки приходит сообщение, что это место встречи с проводником, который ещё должен будет отвезти нас организовано на азиатскую сторону, и соответсвенно, это ещё плюс 30 минут туда и 30 минут обратно. Обратно, кстати, самим приходится как-то добираться.It was a cozy, surprisingly fun break from typical sightseeing. The instructor, Ilham, guided us step by step as we chose our colors and tried the basic tufting techniques. It was fun to laugh over our first crooked rows, and by the end we had small pieces that actually felt like real souvenirs we had made together. Overall, it was calm, intimate, and creative and one of those activities that makes you feel more connected to each other and to the local culture at the same time. If we are ever back in Istanbul, we will be sure to come back and try our luck with some more intricate designs.A lot of good history about coffee and TurkeyThe location posted is not true. The workshop actually takes place near the üsküdar ferry port. Other than that I can't recommend this activity high enough. What a wonder ! What we have experienced was not only the history in a dose but taking a bite of slow coffee life in Turkish culture. We enjoyed a great time with a crew of thoughtful people who knew how to satisfy their clients. Thank you for everything and any efforts made in this activity. Great experience! Our tutor I dare to say, since she taught us so much, was amazing! I highly recommend this experienceWonderful experience, recommend it to every coffee lover :)Everything is well arranged for foreign visitors like us, from metro pickup to coffee history telling, especially in Turkish coffee brewing in the end. What we have experienced is not only the coffee fabrication but taking a bite of coffee life in Turkish culture. Everything is fantastic with a crew of thoughtful people who are making efforts to satisfy their clients. We truly have enjoyed a great time with our guide. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and polite, and will welcome you with open arms. Also there are cats… of course!Mahmet was incredible!! We loved this class. Very informative explanations and a nice kit at the end to make your own cup of Turkish coffee at home :)Who knew there was so much to learn about coffee? Mehmet was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about its history and culture. I loved learning that mocha comes from the Yemeni city of Mukha, and hearing about the rich history of coffee trading in Turkey. The fortune-telling ritual and the process of making coffee were especially memorable. I don’t even drink coffee—but simply being there made me feel part of Turkish life.Sorunuz mu var? The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
