How is corporate pricing structured?

How the price is built

Corporate pricing is built around two parts. The first is a per-person rate. The rate covers the materials, the guide team, and the standard session. The second is a one-off off-site fee if we deliver at your venue. The fee covers transport of equipment and on-site setup. The total quote shows both parts clearly.

Group discounts

For larger corporate workshop Istanbul groups, we apply group discounts. The per-person rate steps down as the group gets larger. The exact rate is set in the quote after we know your final group size. We do not list the per-person numbers here because the rate shifts with the package.

What the per-person rate covers

The rate covers the workshop session itself. Materials for the craft. The guide team for the run time. A take-home piece for each guest. A completion paper on request. Refreshments at our own venue. For your team building Istanbul package, this is the core cost line.

What the off-site fee covers

The off-site fee covers gear transport, on-site setup, and tear-down. The team arrives early to set up at your venue. After the session, we pack up and leave the space tidy. This fee is fixed per event, not per guest. It does not change with group size.

Add-ons that are quoted apart

Custom branding, photo and video, special bottle sizes, gift packaging, and themed sessions are quoted apart. They are not in the base rate. Each add-on is optional. The quote lists every line so you see what each part costs.

What is out of scope

Catering setup, AV equipment, the run-of-show, and the full event timeline are out of scope. Your team or an event agency runs that side. We deliver the workshop module clean and ready to slot into your event. This keeps our quote focused and your event timeline in your control.

How to get a quote

Send a message via our contact page. Tell us your group size, target date, venue idea, and what you want from the session. We get back in one work day with a written quote.

Payment and invoicing

After the quote is signed, we accept bank transfer or credit card. A single invoice is issued under your company name with tax ID and tax office details. Invoicing can be done before or after the event, based on your preference. Past corporate clients have signed off on this flow without issue.
