Really nice workshop, great value, cosy coffee place, hosts were attentive and you get to bring home your own unique lamp!

I will keep it short as there are already many good reviews, but I really had a great experience at this workshop. The history behind the Turkish coffee was told in a very entertaining way, the host was funny and engaging and I loved making the coffee.

Insgesamt hat uns diese Aktivität gefallen! Es war interessant mit der Aleyna diese orientalischen Lampen zu gestalten, sie gibt Inspirationen und verrät immer wieder coole, interessante Informationen über Istanbul. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 2 Stunden für diese Aktivität gebraucht und wir fanden ca. 36€ pro Person ein wenig zu teuer, da wir Studenten sind aber ich denke, als einmaliges Ereignis kann man das gerne mal machen. Schöne Erinnerung!

Highly recommend! Breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of the city. Awesome way to relax and do something fun outside of sightseeing. A great souvenir to bring home.

It was fantastic, totally worth the time. Got a surprise at the end which really gave a meaningful experience. I would totally recommend this.

Es war auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung wert, insbesondere, wenn man Kaffee so gerne trinkt wie ich. Aziz hat einen guten Job gemacht. Die Location an sich war auch schön. Würde es weiter empfehlen

It was amazing. Bunyan I met us on the European side and we had a nice conversation as we took the train to the Asian side and walked to the fun workshop/cafe. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all the family and were excited with our special lamps.

Our host was very knowledgeable and fun. The workshop was interactive. I was expecting some fun with fortunetelling but we only got a card with sign meanings and were told how to turn the cup.

Ce fut une belle expérience. Mes enfants se sont investis grâce à la bonne ambiance, la gentillesse, à l'attention et l'écoute de notre guide Benjamin. la sympathie et la bonne humeur y régnaient. l'atelier était fort intéressant et nous étions ravis de rapporter nos lampes avec nous. Merci encore une fois pour tout et le thé offert.

Мастер-класс был интересным. Нас забрали из Европейской части и помогли добраться до кафе в Азиатской части. Атмосфера заведения приятная (но это не отдельная комната, рядом проходят люди). Обсудили историю появления кофе в Турции и традиции. Также попробовали сварить два вида кофе на газовой горелке (на выбор). Из приятного - перед началом раздали питьевую воду в квадратом стакане (очень по-турецки). Из минусов: первый человек, который пробует варить один из видов кофе, по сути сам его не варит (ему помогают во всем), поэтому остаётся ощущение, что сам не сварил себе эту чашку кофе, а попробовать сварить еще одну нет возможности. Скорректируйте, пожалуйста, этот момент на будущее ;)

The activity was super great and interesting. Aziz told us a lot about Turkey's coffee culture and the atmosphere was super friendly. We had the opportunity of trying different type of coffee (the pistachio one was delicious!) and even got a gift in the end. We completely recommend! Thanks Aziz for this moment.
