This was the perfect rainy day activity! Hosts were great and super welcoming— fun to learn about coffee culture and history in a modern space and get to make our own! Reading the grounds together was a highlight. Recommend!

This is a great experience that I would recommend if you're looking for an activity for a few hours in Istanbul and especially if you're interested in coffee.Already on our way to the coffee house, we discussed some cultural moments about Istanbul and its districts, which found their reflection during the experience itself.More than making coffee, we also talked about its history and its place in contemporary culture.The hosts make you feel welcome and give you all their attention, and the gift at the end is very practical!

Great host and fun experience! Our host did a great job explaining the cultural origins of Turkish coffee and even provided us a gift set to take home with us!

This was such a great experience. It was well thought out and the coffee was delicious. Would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Istanbul. Bunyamin also has great suggestions of where to go for authentic food!

A+ experience. I had Ali Furkhan leading the class. He promptly picked us up at the location and provided a mini tour on the way to the coffee class. The actual class was a great introduction to coffee culture and the societal significance of coffee. Overall was a great way to spend a couple of hours in Istanbul. Good conversation and coffee what’s not to love!

This experience is the perfect combination of history, information and action. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone and had such a great time learning about Turkish history and culture over a delicious Turkish coffee. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Istanbul. It was a great way to start our time here.

Bunyamin and his team are thoughtful and made the experience interactive and fun! We got to learn not just how to make the coffee, but also the historical, cultural and social significance of coffee in Turkish culture. Would really recommend!

This was such an amazing and eye opening experience! We got to travel to the Asian side and made Turkish coffee in a cute coffee shop. The hosts even gifted us a Turkish coffee making set! Definitely a 5 star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was really great! Нам с мужем очень понравилось. Во-первых мы прокатились по Босфору. Мы и так хотели это сделать, а тут ещё и Бенжамин (организатор) нас прокатил, все объяснил и показал. А ещё по дороге рассказал немного о Турции.Место, в которое мы пришли, находится на азиатской части. Мы там раньше почти не бывали, поэтому это был повод для нас там побывать. Место где у нас было обучение действительно очень уютное, красивый интерьер. Для фото самое то. Плюс ко всему брат Бенджамина нас фоткал на наши телефоны и даже снимал видео пока мы готовили кофе )). Фото для инстаграмма получились хорошие 😇. Нам показали презентацию про кофе. Было очень интересно. Бенджамин очень разносторонний и интеллектуальный человек. Все было приготовлено и продуманно идеально). Помимо нас была еще девушка из США. Общение было на английском. А ещё Бенджамин немного говорит по-русски. В общем все прошло отлично. Как всегда после турецкого гостеприимства уходишь с улыбкой на лице. Поэтому очень советую).

Мы провели чудесное время с нашими очаровательными гидами. Опыт превзошел ожидания.

My brother & I had so much fun learning how to make Turkish coffee. It was a great memorable experience & would highly recommend it! The organizers also gifted us with our own essentials to make our own Turkish coffee at home. We even had the chance to take the subway train to the owners second location so it was a great opportunity to explore the surrounding neighborhood after the class!

So great to explore this part of the Turkish culture ! Very interesting and unique experience.

Bunyamin and his friend Ali are the true lovers of the sharing and communication with others, and, of course, of coffee :) A great way to learn the history of turkish coffee, the relevant traditions and legends ; prepare it by yourself, drink it in a good compagny chatting about everything and nothing ; and even see some of the sights (while the way from the european to the asian side on ferry). Last but not least, you will be pleased with a beautiful coffee-set at the end of your experience. Must do, I just can’t recommend enough!THANK YOU, I appreciated all of the magical personalizations and hope to meet again when I return in Istanbul.

I’d really like to thank Eslam, Ali, and Benyamen for this great experience! … The session was very organized. Benyamin will take you to a nice bohemian cafe in historical Uskudar city, and you’ll meet Eslam and Ali; the expert in Turkish coffee history and making methods… The encounter is full of candor and you’d quickly feel like you’re among friends! … You’ll have a structured and interactive PowerPoint presentation and you’ll then be able to do your own Turkish coffee de novo! During which there will be great storytelling and you’ll get to experience first hand how Turkish coffee brings people together during many formal and casual events! … I really cannot recommend this experience more! … Oh, yeah, they’ll gift you your own Cezue and Fincan, as well!

Expérience unique et authentique, très enrichissante et pleines d'anecdotes sur le café et la Turquie. Le cadre est hyper convivial. C'est un groupe d'amis qui s'est rassemblé autour de ce projet avec chacun des personnalités différentes. On est immergé dans ce petit cocon sincère où on se sent finalement plus comme un invité qu'un touristique. Je n'en dis pas plus, spoil interdit ;) Foncez vous ne serez pas déçus !

I loved this experience with Bunyamin and his friends....it felt very unique and authentic. We got to learn and understand about Turkish coffee and experience making it as well.....along with a lot of fun and laughs! It was very nice talking to all of them about things other than coffee, and Bunyamin went out of his way to show us local things beyond the coffee experience as well. And the coffee set they gifted us at the end of the experience was a very nice touch!
