Mehmet was a superb, friendly and funny host. His knowledge of coffee and how it ties in with Turkish and ottoman history and culture is extensive, and he makes it accessible and understandable. My girlfriend and I went for her birthday, so I would highly recommend it as a birthday activity if you happen to be in Istanbul for it! The rest of the staff are also very friendly and polite, and will welcome you with open arms. Also there are cats… of course!Mahmet was incredible!! We loved this class. I highly recommend this activity to all coffee lovers! Very informative explanations and a nice kit at the end to make your own cup of Turkish coffee at home :)la communication avec la personne qui était responsable de l'accueil au lieu de rendez vous devrait être améliorée au moyen de SMS ou d'email et pas seulement par WhatsApp.Who knew there was so much to learn about coffee? Mehmet was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about its history and culture. I loved learning that mocha comes from the Yemeni city of Mukha, and hearing about the rich history of coffee trading in Turkey. The fortune-telling ritual and the process of making coffee were especially memorable. I don’t even drink coffee—but simply being there made me feel part of Turkish life.it was so fun,I suggest to everyone who has the time to take a part in this workshop.Génial, belle expérienceÇok özel bir deneyim.
