The company did a good job meeting up with us and taking us to the studio. It was a good experience for my whole family. My only negative comment is I thought we were getting 110v lamps so they would be compatible in the US. I may of read that wrong. It's ok my husband will convert it over. Otherwise we are happyWe chose this activity after having visited the most popular Istanbul sites on previous trips. This was a nice change, allowing us to have a nice hands-on experience. Though we met is Sirkeci, the workshop is actually in Uskudar (on the Asian side of the Bosphorus). We were led on the train to reach the destination, and we opted to return via the ferry.
The guide was helpful without being overbearing. After completing the project, we went to one of the restaurants nearby for lunch, allowing our lamps to dry before picking them up. Staff prepared them with bubble wrap to make them safe for travel.Ali & company were beyond accommodating. We had a lot of fun with all participants. Our customized perfumes are such special souvenirs!イスタンブールのとても良い思い出作りになりました。英語で説明をしてくれますが、英語があまりわからなくても問題ないぐらいランプの作り方はシンプルでわかりやすいです。先生もわかりやすく説明をしてくれ、サポートも手厚いです。自分のランプが完成したときは感動しましたし、参加者のランプを見るのもとても興味深かったです。ランプ作りはアジア側で行われます。ヨーロッパ側から参加する場合、片道分の交通費は料金に含まれています。アジア側からは自分で戻る必要がありますが、ワークショップの場所から駅も港も近いです。ランプ作りに加えて、乾かす時間が必要なため、その後の予定はゆとりを持っておくことをおすすめします。最高の体験でした、ありがとうございました！One of the best experiences I’ve had! 🌟 Creating my own mosaic lamp was not only fun but truly meaningful. I got to choose every detail — from the colors to the patterns — and bring my vision to life with the help of a kind and supportive team. They were there every step of the way, making sure everything turned out beautifully. At the end, I got to take my lamp home, perfectly wrapped and accompanied by a gorgeous certificate — the perfect souvenir to remember the day 💡🧿 They also shared a bit about the rich history of mosaic art, which made the whole experience even more special. On top of that, we got to chat and connect with lovely people from all around the world. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a creative, cultural, and unforgettable moment! 💗l'activité était vraiment très bien et le début de cette activité, avec l'historique a vraiment été très très instructif. le groupe était très homogène. avec une binne entre-aide. et le professeur veillait au grain (pour l'activité café) pour voir si on suivait bien. une bonne ambiance dans le groupe car à chaque fois que on arrivait à couler le café dans la tasse sans que ça déborde, mission accomplie, tout le monde était content pour l'autre et on applaudissait. On a reçu en fin d'activité une tasse pour doser le café turc et le petit pot en étain pour mettre sur le gaz et certification dans un super sac pour un super souvenir. le cours n'a pas été difficile à suivre malgré mon faible niveau en anglais.le professeur était super. nous étions que deux avec ma mère et nous avons donc eu un cours privé. déjà, je suis très contente que le cours n'a pas été annulé. malgré un anglais vraiment pas au niveau, il a été très patient et nous a montré une à une les étapes. nous sommes très fiers de notre travail et je remercie toute l'équipe du café pour leur accueil et leur aide à descendre et monter le fauteuil roulant.Very entertainingTurkish Illumination Art Workshop

Explications très claires et simples, on apprend des bases de la composition d’un parfum, atelier intuitif et ludique. C’est très intéressant de sentir des différentes fragrances et de faire ensuite une combinaison personnalisée selon nos préférences pour obtenir notre propre parfum.
On est conseillés par une professionnelle sur la composition et les proportions des composants. Petit groupe, ambiance conviviale. L’atelier a lieu sur le côté asiatique - on peut y aller directement ou rejoindre sur la rive européenne (30 min avant le début de l’atelier) les membres du personnel qui nous accompagnent jusqu’à l’endroit où se déroule l’atelier (si vous n’avez pas de carte de transport public, le trajet est offert par le personnel).

Sehr schöne Aktivitäten für jede Altersgruppe. Es war spannend zu lernen, wie solche Mosaiklampen gemacht werden und ein tolles Andenken an den Urlaub in Istanbul.Der Kurs war ein echtes Highlight unserer Reise. Je recommande ÉNORMÉMENT ! la gentillesse des personnes des guides et des gens du café ! explication même en anglais (nous sommes française) et avons un peut de mal, on à bien compris ! c'est minutieux mais accessible même pour des enfants (+8 ans) s'ils ont assez de patience. le seul point négatif sont les marchés a l'entrée, ma mère en fauteuil a grandement été aider a marcher et porté le fauteuil mais sans marché, ça aurais été très dur. le thé, café, petit gâteaux illimité et plusieurs choix dans le café dont pizzas et pâtes, ainsi que des crêpes, pancakes et des boissons. prix très attractifs et on est ultra fière de repartir avec notre lampe (très bien emballé !) et notre certificat nominatif 🤩 genialissime franchement ça vaut absolument le coup !Very fun!It’s was absolutely perfect as is.
