I made a lamp inspired by my memories of Turkey. I really enjoyed the history and stories about lamps that I learned from the guide!The cafe at the venue was also a nice place and I really liked it. Now, as I look at this lamp in Japan, I am reminded of my trip to Turkey.

Aziz was a great instructor, explained the history of the mosaic lamps in Türkiye, workshop was fantastic value for money, getting to design our own patterns or follow the templates, the lamps are now decorating our bedside tables, would definitely recommend doing this!!

Wholesome activity in a little workshop with good English speaking tutor who explained the process very well. Turkish tea and snacks were given. At the end we get to keep our lamps. Highly recommend!

It was everythin I hoped for and then some. Our host was terrific, and knowledgeable about the culture of turkish coffee. The making of the coffee was easy to learn, and it yielded some amazing results. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to learn about turkish coffee.

Highly recommended! Besides learning how to properly make turkish coffee (and making your own) you learn a about coffee culture, fortune telling and turkish hospitality. Ali is a great guide and I loved the chill vibe at Fabrikafa. Overall a very enjoyable experience and one of the Highlights of my trip to Istanbul!

Overall it was decent. Learnt a lot about the coffee culture of Türkiye. I was more interested in the Fortune Telling workshop which is widely known around the world. It was a but disappointing as the exact location wasn’t provided in the “Get Your Guide” App. When we arrived at the Hafiz Mustafa cafe and asked for the workshop, the staff seem pissed as to why everyone was asking them about the fortune telling workshop. It wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t a good one either, especially when you have to switch locations, pay about 20 euros and don’t get what you expect.

Es war eine sehr witzige und lehrreiche Erfahrung. Der Guide hat das Wissen über türkischen Kaffee witzig und interessant gemacht. Auch die Zubereitung war super.

War wirklich super. Super nette Dame die uns angeleitet hat und auch die Gruppe war Mega lieb. Es hat sehr viel Spaß die Lampe selbst zu gestalten und man hat eine komplett freie Auswahl wie man sie gestalten möchte.

Una excelente opción, fuera de lo turístico. Muy buen taller. El Dueño del Lugar nos recibió muy bien, due muy amable y la experiencia fue muy completa. Los regalos, la historia y los tips sobre la Ciudad son invaluables.

Aziz was a brilliant instructor, we had a great time learning to make proper Turkish coffee from beans and the history behind Turkish coffee, then telling each others fortunes in the grounds, would absolutely recommend!!

The workshop was just amazing. I got a pick up from my area to the workshop location. The place is cozy and felt a bit like a living room. In Germany we say "gemütlich". The people and guides were super friendly and explained everything in a nice way (as well some history, not only how to do things). The workshop was pure fun! I totally recommend it, plus you get the lamp and have nice memories for home! Just do it and get your own lamp!!!

Очень понравилось. Занятие легко и быстро сплотило интернациональную группу. На мероприятии был и русскоговорящий организатор, но мне было это не принципиально. Помимо самого мастеркласса, была вводная историческая часть. А, в процессе печеньки и кофе по желанию. У нас быди и дети и взрослые, все остались в восторге. Тепло, уютно, практически по-семейному. Рекомендую.

It was lovely, a bit of history and coffee. If you enjoy drinking coffee this is a must!
