Very interactive and you learn about how chocolate is made, tasting the chocolate was great and taking home your own made chocolate is great experience. Super friendly hostsIstanbul Chocolate Workshop is a great fun and learning activity, the chief chocolate maker really knows chocolate and our guide was very friendly and helpful, explaining all the steps in creating our chocolate. A worthy activity.L’activité était incroyable. On vous apprend l’histoire du chocolat jusqu’à la confection. Le chef était très attentif, le manager a un anglais parfait qui permet de bien comprendre. Leurs bienveillances et leurs gentillesses rendent l’activité encore meilleure. Sans parler de la qualité des produits qui a un goût incroyablement bon.Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine tolle Zeit beim Schokoladen-Workshop. Der Chef-Chocolatier hat uns anschaulich in die Herstellung von Schokolade eingeführt und uns geduldig unterstützt, unsere eigenen Schokoladen zu gießen. Sie haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.We had a brilliant time! Our host stayed with us throughout the experience, translating all the information and instructions from the chocolatier. I have a nut allergy and they were able to make substitutions for everything so I didn't miss out. The people were all very friendly and we had lovely chocolates to take home at the end.Burak bey hat uns in die Welt der Schokolade mit einem tollen Vortrag eingeführt. Er hat die Schritte der Pralinenherstellung vorgeführt und uns dabei geholfen, unsere eigenen Pralinen zu fertigen. Seine Kollegin hat in perfektem Englisch übersetzt. Ali et le chef ont été super, très pédagogues, nous avons pu réaliser tous les 3 toutes les étapes et sommes repartis chacun avec une boîte de chocolats personnalisés, encore merci !!My family of 5 (three elementary-aged children, my husband and I) learned how to make chocolate and we just loved the experience! Borak and Fathi were kind and patient with our children making sure to incorporate them into the activity and allow them to be creative and have hand-on fun. On top of everything the chocolate was simply delicious — some of the best I’ve ever had. We appreciated being able to take a break from the waking and sight-seeing to learn and make great chocolate memories! Thank you Borak and Fathi :-)This was a really fun endeavor. I came solo and wasn't disappointed. We learned a lot about the process and necessary steps in making bean to bar chocolates; both in Turkish and then translated into English. We made our own confections through tempering the chocolate, filling molds, adding a filling (for most... it was nuts; but due to an allergy, they accommodated me with fresh caramel).
