Definitely recommending its interesting and end enjoyable.Great activity, 100% recommend. Our guide Mustafa was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient while teaching. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this workshop.Thank you very much! We had a great time with Mustafa and we learned a lot. 2hrs are the perfect amount of time and we made our own Turkish coffee.Such a cool experience and a great way to learn a little bit about the culture! If I had more time in Istanbul I would be doing every workshop offeredI had a wonderful time and received a great knowledge about the history of coffee and its role in people’s lives for 500 years. The activity was awesome and the guide is amazing. I had a small problem with the local of the activity but they were really gentle with me and fixed it all in the best way possible. It was amazing.. Mustafa was great.. love the experience..It was great! Ali is such a good teacher for explaining the history and the making of the Turkish coffee. The whole experience is fun engaging and interesting! Highly recommended!Turkis cofee makingIt was a rainy day in Istanbul, so spirits were low, we got off the metro and went through the whining streets and alleyways, arriving at a very cosy and welcoming café. Aziz showed us to a nook, where we learned about the history of coffee. It was charming and fun and everyone should go to this workshop.I really enjoyed it. very informative on the history of coffee and how it is intwined with Turkish culture. lovely cafe too with a relaxing creative vibe. Mustafa was also very knowledgeable and a great instructor.A lot of fun and knowledge. Loved it.Great activity, would recommendVery interesting and entertaining. The instructor was really good at English, interesting to listen to his history about the culture of coffee. I think two hours workshop was not too muchand the time flew by. At the end got very nice presents with which we can make turkish coffee at home.Mustafa is a great host we pre booked our workshops and fortunate to go back to another workshop with them, the whole experience was whole some and it was a birthday surprise to my boy friend who love to learn new skills. It is definitely a great way to spend time, learn and explore the host are also friendly and get you to the workshop location. The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
You brew Turkish coffee on a cezve with us, drink it slowly, then we read the grounds. The price covers brewing materials, lokum and water, the guide for the full session, and a printed note of the reading.
