Turkish Coffee Making & Fortune Telling Workshop Reviews

We had a good experience and the guide was friendly and explained everything very well! Coffee was great! Recommend this!

Eine schöne und interessante Erfahrung. Wir können den Kurs weiterempfehlen:)

It was great to have a time experiencing Turkish coffee. He was really kind and was a best storyteller

Good and a lot of information! We had a lot of fun

Simplesmente sensacional. Foi incrível conhecer mais da história do café turco e da Turquia em si. E aprender a fazer o café e ler o futuro foi incrível!

What a great experience! Loved Bunyamin's introduction to the coffee culture of Turkish people and all the anecdotes. You also get to learn about the coffee culture of the other participant's countries. And I now have the knowledge and tools needed to make Turkish coffee from home. We even went to the Grand Bizaar the following day to get our own grinder. Such a fun and unforgettable experience! Highly recommended.

Great experience! Interesting explaing story of coffee

Everything is super! You have to experience this coffee making, and the host is so nice!

Fun experience and perfect to socialise with more people! Benjamin knows a lot and was so much fun! It’s really easy to get to Fabrikafa and the surrounding area has lots of restaurants and nice stores! This works perfect if you want to enjoy your day between Usküdar and Kadiköy. Short, entertaining plus you get a souvenir

A great way to learn the history and be immersed in Turkeys coffee culture!

Benji is a great host! and the experience was unique, lot of interesting facts about the history around the Turkish coffee and it was fun to do the fortune reading with it!

We had a wonderful time! Come under caffeinated :)

This experience is amazing! It featured the history of coffee making, the difference to this unique technique, as well as a lot of personalization. The pickup spot was easy to find and Bünyamin helped us get to the workshop location with no problems. It was fun, interesting, and educational. We followed the whole process to get our Turkish coffee made, as well as tried different varieties with milk. The fortune telling part was creative and original, even if you don't believe in it. As storytelling it was incredibly fun! I'd 100% recommend this experience!

Worth it.

Really fun experience! Learned a lot about the history of Turkish coffee, and got to sample a few varieties and styles of coffee

Had a great time at this excursion! Loved the story telling and the host was lovely. Please thoroughly check the message sent from the host after booking the experience, as the workshop actually takes place in the Asian side (Üsküdar) instead of the old city as it shows on the map :)

This workshop was absolutely wonderful! Not only did we get to learn about the history of Turkish coffee, the oldest coffeehouse in Istanbul, and how to make Turkish coffee, we were able to learn the art of Turkish fortune-telling! Bunyamin was very knowledgable and also gave us these little cards with common translations which was helpful for my trip overall. You also leave with a little goody bag to get started on your own Turkish coffee-making adventures which is greatly appreciated!

Really fun and interesting way to spend a couple of hours in a great location and with a brilliant host in Bunyamin. Highly recommended

The whole experience was so special. Bunyamen is an accommodating and knowledgeable host. Highly recommend for visitors seeking a more personalized, intimate, cultural fun experience.

Great experience, great value, great personalization and story telling, highly recommended!

Bunyamin was an exceptional host! We had an amazing experience. We learned so much about Turkish culture and tradition. It really was invaluable and something I think will stay with me for a lifetime. I learned so much I didn’t know and will forever look at coffee in a different light.

What a special experience! Bunyamin educated us on everything having to do with Turkish coffee— where it came from, how the traditions evolved, how to prepare it, and how to read fortunes from the grounds. I recommend this to anyone wanting to appreciate Turkish culture and Turkish coffee even more!

Such a nice experience we had with bnyamin. Not only the experience was nice and we met lots of friends but they were thoughtful enough to meet us somewhere and pick us to the the location. Definitely recommend it !!!

Bunyamin is a kind and passionated person who will make you live a nice and authentic experience. No hesitation !
