Activity was Amazing and very hands on! Thank you to all staff who accommodated me and my son from UK. Courtney and Cairo. We made it all the way back home with our Turkish lamps in tact! We will be back again for a different workshop! We loved the warm welcome also. Cant thank you enough!!

Thank you to Beyzanur and Himmet for such a great experience. We are first time travellers to Istanbul and absolutely loved the workshop. We travelled to the meeting point on the Europe side where Himmet escorted us to the workshop on the Asian side. The workshop was fun, relaxing and educational. Beyzanur does a lovely job, explaining the history of the Turkish mosaic lamps and guiding through how to make them. We will absolutely be recommending to family and friends travelling through Istanbul. Thank you both so much for a great experience! 😊🇹🇷

the idea of creating something of my own

The booking steps were incredibly easy, and communication with the guide was great. Travelling was all looked after and made us feel safe. Upon arrival, the instructor made us feel very welcome and gave instructions that were very easy to follow. There were many colours and lovely designs to choose from. It was a very busy and engaging activity, and we were always offered help when we needed it. They also offered delicious snacks and tea to top it all off. I would highly recommend everyone to try this activity during their stay in Istanbul.

l'activité est simple et intéressante, notre guide / professeur a été très comprehensive avec nos 2 retards successifs, elle s'est a chaque adaptée pour nous réintégrer dans un groupe, c'est très sympa de sa part. merci beaucoup

Amazing, relaxing, delightful, creative

I loved everything about it!

We really enjoyed every aspect of the activity. Great value for money and a lot of fun. All done in the time it said. I would recommend this to anyone. The only thing that could be improved is that the Europe and American plugs were provided with lamps but not British which is fine as we have adapters.

The food and the service and the entertainment and the atmosphere was amazing

This activity was super chill, and a really relaxing way to spend the morning! The guides were funny, spoke excellent English to explain the steps, and left you alone to enjoy and relax the experience of choosing your designs and colours and just stepped in when you needed support or guidance. Would 1000% recommend and would do again if I were in Istanbul again!

Her şey çok güzeldi.Etkinlik çok keyifliydi ve rehber Beyza Hanım çok ilgiliydi.Sadece etkinlik alanında yan tarafta parfüm yapımı atölyesi de aynı anda yapıldı alerjimiz olduğu için biraz zorlandık tek mekân tek etkinlik daha iyi olabilirdi.

Anfangs fand ich es schade, dass nicht genau mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Workshop im asiatischen Bereich ist. Ich fand es aber echt amüsant und interessant, dass wir eine multikulturell geprägte Gruppe waren. Wir bekamen von der Kursleiterin Tee, Kaffee, Wasser und salzige Kekse. Es hat wirklich großen Spaß gemacht und es war ein unvergesslicher Tag. Wir durften sogar im asiatischen Bereich spazieren gehen und später die Lampen abholen. Nur zum Beachten von Fluggästen: man darf die Lampen im Handgepäck im Flieger nicht mitnehmen. Wir mussten unser Handgepäck deshalb abgeben und haben die Lampen schön gepolstert, sodass sie nicht beim Hin- und Herschmeißen des Gepäcks kaputt gehen. Die Lampe an sich ist heile angekommen und sie ist echt ein Hingucker 😍. Würde es gerne nochmal machen.

Great and fun

The cafe itself was popular with locals and extremely atmospheric. There was a hubbub that made it feel really fun. Mustafa and his team are all young people full of enthusiasm which is really infectious; he brought out the best in all of us and we classmates became BFFs for 3hrs. Making the lamps was almost an aside! But making those lamps was a triumph for us all and I’m proud to display mine at home. This was THE BEST day of my Istanbul trip without a doubt. I’ll be back to do the perfume class, or maybe the painting class. 10/10.
