A really fun workshop with my 13 year old daughter. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish. All the staff were really friendly and helpful including the guy who met us to take us from the European side across (under) the Bosphorus. We would highly recommend this to people of all ages!This activity was so fun for our group! The instructions were easy to follow and our guide to the Asian side of Istanbul was so nice and helpful. This was the perfect activity for a rainy day.We did this Workshop with two children (ages 10 and 5). It was the perfekt activity for all of us. This was a fantastic experience. IT was very well organized, beautiful atmosphere, lovely people and very pretty lamps that we got to take home.AmazingThe workshop was amazing. We had a brilliant experience. The 3 hours went incredibly fast and the lamps came out beautifully! The unlimited tea and coffee were a huge bonus. Plus our lovely guide who picked us up from the European side via metro, graciously returned us to our point of origin when the class was over. A Turkish mosaic lamp workshop runs about two to three hours. The bulk of that time is spent at the work station. A short demo and a wrap-up sit on either side of the build. You leave with the lamp you make.
The Turkish mosaic lamp workshop is priced per person. The current rate is on the booking page. The lamp body, glass beads, brass base, grout, and bulb are all in the kit. You take the finished lamp home.
The price covers a lamp body, the glass beads, the brass base, the soldering set, your guide, and the lit lamp you take home. Tools and materials are set up at your station. A short studio tour is part of the session.
