Très important elle nous a fait une immersion exceptionnelle avec un total respect des gens vivant sur place. We were also offered unlimited amount of coffee and tea. This lamp-making workshop was so much fun and a real highlight of my time in Istanbul. The instructor was welcoming and patient, and the whole process was both relaxing and creative. A Turkish mosaic lamp workshop runs about two to three hours. The bulk of that time is spent at the work station. A short demo and a wrap-up sit on either side of the build. You leave with the lamp you make.
The Turkish mosaic lamp workshop is priced per person. The current rate is on the booking page. The lamp body, glass beads, brass base, grout, and bulb are all in the kit. You take the finished lamp home.
The price covers a lamp body, the glass beads, the brass base, the soldering set, your guide, and the lit lamp you take home. Tools and materials are set up at your station. A short studio tour is part of the session.
