Who knew there was so much to learn about coffee? Mehmet was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about its history and culture. I loved learning that mocha comes from the Yemeni city of Mukha, and hearing about the rich history of coffee trading in Turkey. The fortune-telling ritual and the process of making coffee were especially memorable. I don’t even drink coffee—but simply being there made me feel part of Turkish life.

it was so fun,I suggest to everyone who has the time to take a part in this workshop.

I absolutely loved the experience, our guide Zey was very nice and funny, and the atmosphere was nice. Also definitely recommend for solo travellers, it’s also a good opportunity to meet new people and have a funny creative moment.

Thank you for the wonderful presentation of the historical background, the interesting anecdotes, and the pleasant atmosphere! We learned a lot of new things, had fun, truly enjoyed ourselves, and will fondly remember the good time and the experience.

un' attività davvero molto piacevole, resa interessante dall' esperto che ci ha illustrato la storia del caffè senza renderla pesante. Molto cordiale! ognuno di noi si è cimentato nella preparazione del proprio caffè turco. ottimo! due ore piacevolissime mentre fuori diluviava! consiglio a tutti
