We are so happy to stumble upon this experience on airbnb. Not only we got to learn about perfume making from Aziz, the experienced instructor, we also got to bring home a piece of personalised souvenir with us. The workshop was held in a lovely cafe and maker space that's located in Asian side, the less touristy area. Exploring the areas after the workshop is also highly recommended. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

It was fun to go to this workshop, and special to make out own lamps!

What a lovley experience, very informative great teacher. You will learn the culture and history. I highly recommend, the lamp making and perfume making is also held at the same workshop so you could actually get in two activities in the day if planned right. Jade solo traveller

My wife and I had a truly memorable experience creating our first ever stained glass art piece and this team deserves the highest praise. First Beyza's communication on Viator and WhatsApp was very prompt and helpful, followed by a warm welcome and translation expertise on the day itself. The workshop takes place in a characterful cafe located in a cool part of town. This means you get generous refreshments throughout the workshop as well as multiple other workshops on offer in the same space. My wife and I were the only participants there on the day so we received full attention and instruction from the incredibly talented and wonderful Eda. She was patient, funny, supportive, encouraging and very skilled at remedying our mistakes! It was a truly wonderful experience that provided us with a unique piece of self-made creativity. We cannot recommend this experience and both Beyza and Eda enough for looking after us so well!

Thank you to Beyzanur and Himmet for such a great experience. We are first time travellers to Istanbul and absolutely loved the workshop. We travelled to the meeting point on the Europe side where Himmet escorted us to the workshop on the Asian side. The workshop was fun, relaxing and educational. Beyzanur does a lovely job, explaining the history of the Turkish mosaic lamps and guiding through how to make them. We will absolutely be recommending to family and friends travelling through Istanbul. Thank you both so much for a great experience! 😊🇹🇷

Great activity, the guide was super nice and you really have time to smell all the scents and to make your own personnalized perfume. I would definetly recommend this activity :)

It was great! Ali is such a good teacher for explaining the history and the making of the Turkish coffee. The whole experience is fun engaging and interesting! Highly recommended!

It was a fun activity and the oils were of high quality. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helped others who needed assistance on making their perfumes. Overall it was fun and my perfume last for awhile!

Really enjoyed creating a personal perfume with Mustafá, who guided us during the entire master class. The place is super cozy and pleasant. We also received a certificate at the end which is a nice detail. Highly recommended 👍

the idea of creating something of my own

The booking steps were incredibly easy, and communication with the guide was great. Travelling was all looked after and made us feel safe. Upon arrival, the instructor made us feel very welcome and gave instructions that were very easy to follow. There were many colours and lovely designs to choose from. It was a very busy and engaging activity, and we were always offered help when we needed it. They also offered delicious snacks and tea to top it all off. I would highly recommend everyone to try this activity during their stay in Istanbul.
