I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, it was insightful and very well-curated. Mustafa, who led the activity, did so with a lot of passion sprinkled with humour. A great hands-on experience, which I can't recommend enough.
Ali was brilliant, great workshop and great recommendations after for activities and food in the local area. Highly knowledgeable and engaging, would definitely recommend!
perfect - the only suggestion would be to give better direction on where the ferry is to get back and how to buy a ticket as an American - we had trouble figuring it out. but other than that - amazing class and we are excited to make Turkish coffee at home.

Really enjoyable, went as a family so lots of laughs . Mustafa very knowledgeable and patient . Gift at the end and a super change for other tourist activities. The cafe and workshop it was based at was calm , relaxed and we highly recommend learning a bit about traditions and history.

Мастер класс по завариванию кофе по турецки... отличная возможность разгрузиться после экскурсий и походов по дворцом и мечетям... легко и непринуждённо нам рассказали и показали как приготовить то самое кофе. Азиз великолепный рассказчик и ловко справился с тысячами вопросов: а как? А что? А почему? А так можно было? ))) отдельное спасибо за презенты в виде турки и чашечки для кофе. Спасибо! Рекомендуем!

Прекрасное место отвлечься от забот и узнать что-то новое о Турции, и о кофе, в частности. Азиз - прекрасный рассказчик с чувством юмора и знанием того, что он делает. Два часа пролетели незаметно. В конце подарили подарки: маленькую турку, пакетик кофе и чашку с блюдцем - было очень приятно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Great Workshop, we had sooo much fun! Aziz is very good and charismatic and made the workshop and whole experience for our group!
This was really an authentic experience that more people should do in Istanbul! Aziz has clear passion for the topic and teach you the history of the coffee culture and how to make a coffee This is actually held in Asian side of the experience but they help you take a train for a station and made a good reason to explore the Asia side of the Istanbul too
