Затем показали 3 способа варить кофе в турке. Мы сами мололи кофе в кофемолке. Затем пробовали 2 других напитка кофе мененгич (из орехов) и кофе-дибек (молочный вкус с пряностями).
Очень понравилось гадание на кофейной гуще)) Ведущий Бенжамин с юмором рассказал о технологии, затем мы гадали друг другу, а потом Бенжамин "погадал" каждому из нас)
В конце нам подарили замечательные подарки, набор для кофе: маленькую турку, кофейную чашку с блюдцем и пакетик молотого кофе)

Amazing host, super friendly and having a meeting point and then going to the shop was brilliant. The coffee making was really informative and that told you all about the history. Would recommend to all, the cafe they are in is always amazing. Maria ales the cakes there and they are so so delicious. The fortune telling was very fun!Fatih gave us a great experience. 🥰 We were not only his guests but also his friends. We learned a lot about the history and traditions of Turkish coffee. He took coffee drinking to a new level. The fortune-telling was really fun and interesting. And at the end, he didn't let us go empty-handed. Worth a 1000 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What a wonderful experience! I have always been a bit nervous about Turkish Coffee as I thought it would be too strong for me to drink, but this experience has changed my mind! I have bought coffee to take home with me! the coffee making technique was explained & we received so much information. To top it, the venue was superb & the hospitality excellent! We were even offered to meet together on the European side and drive to the meeting point on the Asian side. The workshop leader passionately told us about the tradition of Turkish coffee. We prepared Turkish coffee together and were also able to taste other types of coffee. At the end we were also introduced to the tradition of reading coffee grounds. All in all, a perfect experience that could not have been better. Incredibly friendly people who gave us tips for our trip to Istanbul, a goodie back with which we can now prepare our own Turkish coffee and afterwards we could relax with a coffee or tea in the beautiful garden of the café. The workshop was more than worth the money.Great intro to Turkish coffee! Benyamin is extremely knowledgeable about Turkish coffee culture, brewing, and history. The experience is held in his wonderful coffee shop with a great atmosphere. The fortune telling piece was not as much of a focus as we had expected but still fun to discuss albeit briefly ☕️The afternoon spent with Benyamin, sharing his family’s Turkish coffee culture and learning how to make it, was such a wonderful experience! Super informative hands on experience on history and how to make Turkish coffee. Clear instructions on how to meet up, depending on if you were located on the Asian or European side. A wonderful experience for a group of friends. Bunyamin was a friendly and professional host. A great combination of informative, practical, and fun workshop.We did the coffee making and fortune telling workshop with bunyamin. While we appreciate the small gifts the host presented we were very disappointed at the presentation. The presentation was super long and not engaging at all. The materials were stretched over one hour but it was really 15 minutes worth of material. The experience was only 1.5 hours (not 2hours as advertised). There was no fortune telling and they asked us to do it ourselves. The coffee making part was less than 5 minutes and the rest of it was boring presentations and random YouTube videos. We are extremely dissatisfied and think the description was very misleading.Loved this workshop! Bunyamin was such a knowledgable and engaging host, especially in relating the coffee making/fortune telling to his own family experience.Got a question? We're here to answer! The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
You brew Turkish coffee on a cezve with us, drink it slowly, then we read the grounds. The price covers brewing materials, lokum and water, the guide for the full session, and a printed note of the reading.
