이스탄불에 짧은 시간 머물게 되어서 무엇을 할까 고민 중에, 생각지도 못한 너무나 재미있는 커피 수업을 발견했어요! 다른 친구들은 가는 길이 멀다며 불평했지만, 저는 덕분에 아시아 사이드도 구경하고, 또 이스탄불 지하철 이용하는 법도 겸사겸사 같이 배울 수 있어서 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 알고보니 커피 맛집! 같이 튀르키쉬 카흐베도 만들어보면서 관련된 문화나 역사도 같이 배울 수 있어서 더욱 재미있었던 것 같아요. 수업이 끝나고는 카흐베 세트도 선물로 주셨는데, 집에 가서 엄마랑 커피 만들어 먹으려구요ㅎ.ㅎ 이스탄불에 놀러오는 여행객들에게 이 커피 수업을 추천합니다 😄😄😄Bünyamin is a very kind and open person! It was not just about the process of making and preparing Turkish Coffee, he also prepared a presentation and a bit of history about Turkish coffee culture. After the workshop he recommended some places to go if I wanna buy more accessories to make coffee like a traditional grinder. I really can't complain, it was totally worth it!If you want to learn how to make basic Turkish coffee and a short history of it then this experience is for you. They seem to be very knowledgeable about their coffee. Plus you get a certificate and a Turkish coffee-making set.It is great experience! Bunyamin is very thoughtful and easy to talk with. Very frdly! Also the cafe place is cool and a good chance to explore the asian side of Istanbul. Plus! Coffee reading is a fun process! Definitely recommend to do this in the trip~~The coffee experience exceeded our expectations. We did not only learn a lot about the Turkish coffee history, but we even got a coffee certificate and our own coffee set. Bunyamin, the host, was amazing. Great way to quickly catch up to Turkish coffee cultureA great experience to learn all about Turkish coffee with a kind and friendly host!Fun experience to learn more about Turkish coffee theoretically and practically. The host was great and made us all feel comfortable and everyone was able to participate 👍🏼Bunyamin is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about Turkish coffee and Istanbul. We had a great time, the workshop was informative and very relaxed at the same time. Definitely a recommendation for coffee lovers!I rated it a 4 star only because I already knew most of the turkish coffee culture :) The host is a great guy, always ready to help and doesn't forget about you if you're the calmest (even if you're in a big group). We had so much fun learning about the coffee culture and how to make coffee. The experience was very well thought out and we had an amazing time. We were staying at the European side, and Bunyamin picked us up and it took only 10-15 minutes to get to the coffee shop location (we went via metro and it was very easy!). If you are staying in the Asian side, I believe you could be picked up very close by to the experience location. The team is great at communicating logistics and answering any questions. We loved our coffee kits and are so excited to make Turkish coffee at home! Highly recommend!This was the perfect rainy day activity! I totally recommend doing this activity because of the experience of learning something new and because of Benjamin and his partner! Both of them were amazing and very kind with us!A+ experience. I had Ali Furkhan leading the class. He promptly picked us up at the location and provided a mini tour on the way to the coffee class. The actual class was a great introduction to coffee culture and the societal significance of coffee. Overall was a great way to spend a couple of hours in Istanbul. Во-первых мы прокатились по Босфору. Мы и так хотели это сделать, а тут ещё и Бенжамин (организатор) нас прокатил, все объяснил и показал. А ещё по дороге рассказал немного о Турции.Место, в которое мы пришли, находится на азиатской части. Мы там раньше почти не бывали, поэтому это был повод для нас там побывать. Место где у нас было обучение действительно очень уютное, красивый интерьер. Для фото самое то. Плюс ко всему брат Бенджамина нас фоткал на наши телефоны и даже снимал видео пока мы готовили кофе )). Фото для инстаграмма получились хорошие 😇. Нам показали презентацию про кофе. Было очень интересно. Бенджамин очень разносторонний и интеллектуальный человек. Все было приготовлено и продуманно идеально). Помимо нас была еще девушка из США. Общение было на английском. А ещё Бенджамин немного говорит по-русски. В общем все прошло отлично. Как всегда после турецкого гостеприимства уходишь с улыбкой на лице. Поэтому очень советую).Мы провели чудесное время с нашими очаровательными гидами. The session runs about ninety minutes from sit-down to leaving. Brewing takes around twenty, drinking and resting fifteen, and the cup reading another twenty. The rest is open time for second cups, photos, and questions.
You brew Turkish coffee on a cezve with us, drink it slowly, then we read the grounds. The price covers brewing materials, lokum and water, the guide for the full session, and a printed note of the reading.
