Lovely experience! Bunyamin was super responsive in terms of communication and the whole experience was super well organised and arranged.

Bunyamin’s workshop was so much fun, and a highlight of our trip to Istanbul. I emailed him in advance about bringing my five year old daughter and he was quick to respond that he would be delighted to have her join. He met us on time at the pickup location and our group took the metro to his shop. He was warm and welcoming throughout the whole workshop. Helping all of us and very sweet with my daughter as we all put together beautiful lamps. We meet the shop kitten, had coffee and made new friends with the other guests. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! Bunyamin explained the history of Turkish coffee well. He was very friendly and patient with the guest, and he shared personal inside into Turkish daily life. Additionally the fortune telling was fun and engaging aspect of the experience. He gifted us a cup and cooper coffee pot to make Turkish coffee at home, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

This was a highlight of our Istanbul trip - instead of paying for a lamp in the bazaar, it was amazing to make your own custom design (even adapted for US voltage) and Bunyamin was so helpful and patient as we worked on them. Also it's worth visiting for quality time with Crepe the most adorable kitten in all of Istanbul, who watched us make lamps but also cuddled up for hugs. We loved meeting her.

Definitely a unique experience — learned a lot about the Turkish coffee culture! Benjamin was both engaging and informative, plus had such a fun imagination, which made for great fortune telling. ;) We loved all the flavors we got to try in this workshop too. We’re also happy to say we found a friend! Thank you again for accommodating our sched given the short time we had in Istanbul! :)

expérience vraiment super ! Nous avons participé a 3 avec ma sœur et une amie. Le lieux du rdv étais facile à trouver du côté européen. Benjamin est sympthèque et avenant. l atelier est situé sur la rive asiatique (ce qui nous as permis de découvrir ce côté d istanbul), dans un petit cafe-restaurant à l ambiance très cosy. the et café sont offert ainsi que des petits gâteaux. on nous laisse vraiment le temps choisir mosaïque et motif, avec des petites recommandations pour les plus hésitants. Le résultat final es très jolie et est même exposé dans mon salon.globalement une expérience vraiment agréable er sympthèque pour ceux qui aime les travaux manuel, un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct et un hôte sympatique, je recommande !

My wife and I had a fantastic time doing this experience! we learned so much about Turkish coffee and Turkish history as well. Bunyamin was GREAT!

Can't recommend highly enough. You don't need to be a coffee aficionado to appreciate it either. It's a great review of the role that coffee has played in Turkey over the years. Apart from that you'll get to make your own and taste several other coffees. Definitely do it.

We took the Turkish Lamp worship for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Me and 3 of my girlfriends made lamps. We learned the history behind this style of lamp. Our host was very informative. If you are looking for a cultural experience then look no further. This lamp can be fitted for American voltage or other. You personalize the design you want with over 30 options of tile colors. The atmosphere was great! This is a must try!

We recently had the pleasure of attending the Turkish Mosaic Lamp Workshop hosted by Bünyamin and his team, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical. 🌈✨The workshop took place in a charming and well-equipped studio, which provided the perfect atmosphere for learning about this beautiful art form. Bünyamin and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, guiding us through the process of creating our very own mosaic lamps. The hands-on experience was fantastic, and I was thrilled with the final product – a stunning, unique lamp that I can't wait to display in my home. 🏠💡

One of the most amazing and unique experience that we were able to do in Istanbul. Highly recommended! It’s a fun and engaging way to learn the mosaic art and a little bit of history. Bünyamin was such a great host, he provided all the materials and there were just a lot of colored mosaic to pick. I would definitely do it again if I come back to Istanbul. Bonus part, you can take the lamp you designer at home as a sweet souvenir.

This is a must do if you come to Instanbul. Bünyamin was very helpful even after. It was fun making the lamps, definitely something I would cherish for a lifetime.

I was looking for interesting things to do during my trip to Istanbul, and Im so glad I decided to do this airbnb experience! I'll be honest Bunyamin was very kind, informative, and helpful. He made the experience fun and we even shared Turkish tea after as a small group. he's so personable! I definitely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Istanbul. I dont even drink coffee, I was more interesting in the History aspect, but the coffee was tasty!

Highly recommend if you have the time to spare while in Istanbul. The program is very well thought out and the cafe/space is beautiful.

This experience is a must do for anyone in Istanbul who loves coffee! Bunyamin was a great and thoughtful host… he even met us at a close metro station to our hostel to make it easier for us to find the experience. We learned a lot about coffee and got to taste some interesting Turkish specialties. I can’t recommend this experience enough!
