Traditional Stained Glass Painting Workshop Reviews

We absolutely loved it! Eda was a very friendly and nice guide. She told us about the history and tradition behind the glas painting and then we could already choose a motive and start. We are very happy with our painting she always helped to fix some “mistakes”. It is a lovely souvenir for our trip to Istanbul. They also offer a different variety of workshops. All guides seem very nice. Just remember it is on the Asian side, but you can easily take the ferry and walk there. We can recommend it!

Our guide (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name) was so warm and helpful, she made the whole experience fantastic. As for the experience itself, it is in my top 3 favorite activities of all time. I wholeheartedly recommend the stained glass workshop. thank you for an unforgettable experience!

De workshop traditioneel glas-in-lood schilderen was een hele leuke ervaring! De activiteit zelf was creatief en ontspannend, en de begeleiding was top. Er werd goed uitgelegd wat je moest doen, en als iets niet meteen lukte, stonden ze meteen klaar om te helpen. Echt een aanrader voor wie eens iets ambachtelijks en bijzonders wil proberen!

It was super fun! We went to the Asian part of Istanbul and we walked through a few streets (beautiful) and we ended up at the workshop. The guidance was great, the coffee and tea were great! We ended up doing a mozaïek workshop, and now we have two cute lamps. I would definitely recommend this workshop!

it was really enjoyable and Eda and Beyza made us feel very welcome and at home.

the artist was very helpful, giving suggestions on how to make it better. the craft centre was just fabulous ! i was with two other ladies on the course who were from Germany and they were very friendly.

Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Kursleiterin Eda war sehr nett und hat uns viel erklärt und es gab auch eine kleine Türkisch-Nachhilfe obendrauf. Tolle Erfahrung, sehr empfehlenswert. Nebenbei eine sehr tolle Erinnerung die Glasscheibe.

Es war toll dieses Glasbild zu erstellen. Es wurde alles wunderbar erklärt und meine Tochter und ich waren super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Great experience with a very helpful instructor!

This was a fantastic class. It was a very hands on workshop with a lot of room for creativity. Tea, coffee, and snacks were provided throughout. The cafe was in a very cool part of town with lots of food options nearby. It was a fun way to end a day in Istanbul and it gives you a unique and memorable experience with a souvenir to display in your home or give as a gift.

I enjoyed the clear instructions and explanations. The workshop was lovely and I enjoyed my visit. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the cigarette smoke

I participated in the stained glass painting workshop together with my adult sons - and all the of us are excited and full with positive emotions. Everything about this activity was perfect - the venue, the atmosphere, our excellent teacher/guide Eda, highly skillful artist and charming human being. There hours flew away in a moment, it was fun, creative, engaging process, so different from anything that we're doing in our daily lives! Huge thanks to the organisers and conductors of the workshop, including Beyzanur, the manager, and of course, Eda, who inspired us and guided us through the whole process. We're happy, overwhelmed, grateful. Thank you!
