How do I book a workshop?

How to book on our site

Go to the workshops page on istanbulworkshops.com. Pick the craft you want. Each workshop has its own booking page with the live schedule, the price, the language, and the seats left for each slot. Pick a date and time, fill in your guest count, and pay online. The booking is confirmed by email within a minute.

What you get in the email

The booking confirmation email has all the details you need for the day of the workshop. The meeting point address. The meeting time. A map link. The booking reference. The cancel and change link. If you booked more than one workshop, each has its own email.

Payment

Payment is taken at the studio on the day of the workshop. Card and cash are both accepted. We accept Turkish lira, US dollars, and euro. Foreign guests can come confidently and pay at the studio. Our website is for reservations only; no payment is taken online from our site.

Booking through partner platforms

Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, and Viator are our partner platforms. You can also book through them. Payment on a partner platform goes to that platform, not to us. Their cancel rules also follow each platform's own policy. The session itself is the same one we run from our studio. The operator name on the listing reads Istanbul Workshops.

Booking for a group or a private session

For larger groups, send a message via our contact page. We can run a private session for your group at a fixed rate. The exact group size we can host depends on the workshop, the operation, and the venue. The team can also tailor the date, the language, and small details around your group. We get back in one work day.

On the day of the workshop

Show up at the meeting point at the time on your email. Bring nothing; the studio is fully set up for the group. If you are running late, call +90 533 167 62 71 and our team will hold your spot if there is room.

Istanbul workshop booking timing

For Istanbul workshop booking, peak months and weekend evenings fill up first. A weekday afternoon slot is often free even on short notice. To book workshop Istanbul guests usually pick a slot one to two weeks ahead. For weekend slots in summer, two to three weeks of lead time is safer.

What is held for you when you book

The seat is held the moment you pay. The materials are pulled for your slot. The guide is scheduled. We do not oversell or stand-by-list our seats. The booking is a real lock-in, not a tentative hold.
